at eBeauty we ship / release goods as stated.

When receiving your purchase, please check your goods before sign off. Once signed for you are stating that you have received the goods and that the goods have been received in good condition. If you sign for the goods and consequentially find that there is damage, there can be NO recourse.

If you use a promotional code for discounts, please check the terms for using that promotional code. Promotional codes may not be used for certain items that you purchase.

There will be terms when you purchase Gift Vouchers. Some promotional codes may not be used in combination with Gift Vouchers.

Selecting incorrect shipping options may cause delay in shipping while we correspond and await for correct payments.

Goods will generally be dispatched that working day or the following working day once payment terms have been met (generally this is $'s received and cleared before dispatch). If you have a tight deadline, please let us know.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods required a signature upon receipt of the goods.

If you wish to lay-by, please email or contact us first.

Standard Warranty is 6 months return to base. Excludes accident, neglect and abuse. Warranty covers Equipment, Furniture and most other moving and electrical parts. Does not cover Consumables.

Any returns for whatever reason must be authorised by eBeauty first.
