Well, we officially started as a limited liability company on the 1st April 2006.

Back in 2005, a Beauty Salon asked for help as they could not believe the prices of professional supplies and Equipment in New Zealand. So we got a few of the essentials in. for them, and a bit extra to cover the shipping. It sold!!! We then got more equipment and supplies in for the Salon and a bit extra again to cover the shipping. Again all sold.
Now we are professional supplies of Equipment and supplies to some of the largest spa and salons in New Zealand.
It was not easy (and still is not). However with great feedback from our loyal customers we are meeting your needs and working for you.

From 2006 to now we are still introducing new price points in the New Zealand Market place for the demanding Beauty Therapists and Beauticians.

eBeauty was the first to offer our customers with purchasing professional beauty equipment and supplies online via the world wide web (www). And guess what, we still are! However our customers wanted more. So over the last 2 years we have listed and developed this our new 24 hours shopping experience.

Other Incumbent Beauty Suppliers in New Zealand have reacted to eBeauty. You will now see that they offer specials, where as before they did not. Even so our commitment to you is that we will be 12.5% less expensive for the same quality equipment and supplies. If you tell us about a great bargain elsewhere, we will beat it buy 12.5%. If we cannot, we will telll you to go there.

We started off by selling on Trademe (New Zealand's  equivalent of eBay), and this is still part of our business and how clients first find out about us.

We would like to thank all the Beauticians, Beauty Therapists, Nail Technicians, Specialists and Doctors who we have helped us grow. Also a big thank-you for all the pictures that you have sent of your fitted out Salons and rooms. You have been giving us great advice while we grow. With your great support, we in turn have been able to offer great equipment and products at reasonable pricing.

However, eBeauty does have for you the "Beauty Bargains" (BB for short). When it is in the Beauty Bargain area, your pricing has been reduced every further. We challenge you to find a better price for quality when it is in the basement. We put it into the Beauty Bargain area when we want to, and it can be removed from the Beauty Bargain area when we want to.
