Shipping:We dispatch for you buy Courier or Freight Company, signature required unless otherwise agreed.
Courier times are dependant on your location. As a general rule:-
- North Island , you should receive your goods the next working day after dispatch.
- South Island, you should receive your goods within 2 - 3 working days after dispatch
- Auckland within 1 working day after dispatch
- Rural. Please add on approx 2 - 3 working days. It may be faster. Also Our Courier company considers a lot of places rural. So even though your address may not be technically defined as rural, our courier company may pass your package to a rural delivery company if your delivery address is outside their courier zones.
Freight times:-
- 1 - 3 Working Days for the North Island
- 2 - 3 Working Days for the South Island
- 1 - 2 Working Days for Auckland
We can dispatch via Urgent Courier if required. Essentially it is same day service or Auckland and some regions close to Auckland, otherwise it is overnight. This excludes Rural Deliveries. Urgent Courier cost are double that of the normal courier service.
When you receive and you sign off on your goods, you are stating that you have received the goods in good condition. So please check first. There is no recourse if you signoff on the goods and subsequently find your goods damaged. If in doubt, check the goods. If the Courier is impatient and you signoff without checking and find the goods damaged, we are unable to assist. If you are unable to check before signoff, just write "Subject to Inspection". Do not sign.
If you find the goods damaged, do not sign. Just Write "Damaged". Do not accept the goods. Then Contact eBeauty immediately.
If you wish to arrange shipping yourself, you are most welcome, please advise when ordering.
Warranty & Returns:For All electrical and mechanical equipment and furniture there is a 6 Months Manufacturers return to base Warranty unless otherwise stated. We will Repair or replace for you within this period. This Warranty only includes moving and electrical parts.
Consumables (things that you use a few time and then may discard) such as waxes, g-strings, strips, spatulas, etc... are not under any sort of Warranty. For you we can exchange consumables (unused) that are in original condition and packaging for other items that you wish and eBeauty stocks. Get our agreement first please.
There is a 1 week grace period from date of dispatch / fulfilment (excludes pickups) where upon agreement eBeauty will pay transport fees from and back to your location for items that you have concerns with. Outside this period, Sender is responsible for arranging transportation. This only applies to items that fall under Warranty.
Returns may be accepted upon eBeauty Agreement. Please check with us first if you intend to return something. If agreed, returns must be in original condition and packaging. All returns must be authorised by eBeauty before acceptance. Will will provide you with a Return Autorisation Notice. eBeauty is not able to accept returns unless a Return Authorisation Notice has been issued. So if you send something without a Return Authorisation Notice, eBeauty is not able accept the goods.
If eBeauty accepts a return, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase value of the goods may apply.
If we receive goods considered from you to be repaired under the warranty period and are then not considered to be covered by the warranty (e.g there is nothing wrong with it, or damage caused by misuse, etc...), we will contact you concerning this. It will be dispatched to you once we have received payment for the courier back to your location.
Repairs and maintenance of your equipment outside the warranty period will be done upon your agreement. Generally we can look at something free of charge. We will then advise you if there are service and parts charges to repair.
Summary:For you, we are continually adapting to meet your needs. If you are unsure about the above, please feel free to contact us. We can improve or change the working. The overall idea is to have policy and procedures in place and clearly articulated so we all understand. If you think something sounds unfair or unreasonable, let us know please. We may then change this policy to ensure your needs and others are met in the future.
